Why can't I locate a store if there is one close to me?
Some Taco Bell Canada stores are not live on the online ordering platform. Please get in touch with your  local Taco Bell store for participation details. Your local Taco Bell will be up and running on Tacobell.ca  soon.
How do I reset my password if I have lost or forgotten it?
There is no password required for your sign-in, just your phone number.

How can I delete my account?
Please follow the below steps to delete your account: 
Profile -> Account Settings -> Delete Account
Am I able to use Taco Bell Gift Cards to complete my online purchases?
The Taco Bell website and Mobile App currently do not support Taco Bell gift cards
Can I save my credit card information for future online purchases?
Currently, we do not retain any credit card information.
What payment options are available through Internet Ordering?
Customers can use a Credit card/Debit Card/Apple Pay/Google Pay. Modes of payment may vary  depending on the device from which the order is placed.
How do I get a receipt for my order?
You will receive the receipt at the registered email address. You can also view your order history by  visiting the past orders page under your account details.
I׳m having trouble logging into the App. Who should I contact to resolve this?

My order did not go through, but I was charged anyways.
If you don't receive the order confirmation, credit/debit charges will be automatically reversed. Please  give three business days for the payment reversal to occur. If needed, please get in touch with Customer  Care at 1 800-304-3125
I placed a mobile order through the App, but my order never arrived.

How can I make a change to my online order?
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot change the order.
Can I place an order for a future date and time?
Yes, once you reach the checkout page, there is a section called "Future Delivery" where you can select  your pickup or delivery time.
Where do I pick up my order when I get to the restaurant for an order I placed online?
Please pick up your order at the front counter inside the restaurant. Let one of our staff members know  that you placed an order online.
Can I pick up an order I placed online in the drive-thru?
Please enter the restaurant and pick up your order at the front counter while the dining room is open.  Once the dining room closes, please pick up your order through the drive-thru.  
I can't redeem a coupon.

Where can I get coupons for Taco Bell App?
Taco Bell Deals are available under the 'Deals' page on the website/App. You can also receive the  coupons on your registered email address if you have signed up for promotional emails from Taco Bell.
Do all restaurants accept coupons?
All stores that are live on the Taco bell website/App will accept the coupons. Some Taco Bell Canada  stores are not live on the online ordering platform. Please get in touch with your local Taco Bell store for  participation details.
